HILDRESS, Texas George Zennecker, 52, of Childress, died Friday, July 17, 1998, in Childress. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Childress Cemetery with the Rev. Jim McCurley, pastor of First Baptist Church of Childress, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home. Mr. Zennecker was born July 31, 1945, in Hugo, Okla. He was a machine operator. Survivors include his mother, Ocie Furr of Childress; and two daughters, Doris Cole of Alabama, and Brandie Zennecker of Quinlan, Texas.Endnotes
