A native of Fort Smith, Ark., Mr. Morley was a former Stockton resident. He was a retired baker. He attended the Happy Valley and Bethel Assembly of God churches. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. Survivors include his wife, Vera Morley of Russellville, Ark.; two sons, Kenneth W. Morley of Dover and Fred B. Morley of Stockton; a daughter, LuVenna Wall of Russellville, Ark; three sisters, Katherine Ballman of Carson City, Nev., Marguerite Bennett of Poteau, Okla., and Lucille Shoultz of Yelm, Wash.; two brothers, Roy Morley of Olympia, Wash., and Mick Morley of Santa Rosa; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Shinn Chapel, 800 W. Main St. Russelville.
