Hazel Rodriguez, 86, of Woodville, Texas, passed away, Friday, December 18, 2020 at Provident Memory Care in Livingston, Texas. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at 11:30 a.m. at Magnolia Cemetery in Woodville. Officiating will be Brother Clark A. Mahoney. Hazel was born April 20, 1934 to Isaac & Bessie Hemphill Hickman in Oak Grove, Louisiana. She was a longtime resident of Houston and had been living at the Provident Memory Care in Livingston, Texas. She was fondly known at Provident Memory Care as "Sweet Miss Hazel". She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother who enjoyed being with her family. She also enjoyed her little Chihuahua dog, Jumper. She was preceded in death by her parents, Isaac & Bessie Hickman; and son, Steve Addison. She is survived by her daughters, Julia Lauff & husband, Steven of Woodville, Jeana Horner & husband, Rick of Richmond, Beth Woods & husband, Gary of Woodville, Lisa Furr & husband, Albert of Mississippi, and Rebecca Amador of Houston; son, Mike Addison of Woodville; brothers, James Hickman & wife, Charlotte of Pasadena and Tom Hickman & wife, Darlene of Houston; sister, Betty Gardner of Tomball; grandchildren, Alex Streusand & wife, Catie of Washington DC, Heather Furr Hebert of Mississippi, Sarah Lyle & husband, Jarett of Mississippi, Steven Furr & wife, Stephanie of Mississippi, Kennedy Horner of Richmond, Wyatt Horner of Richmond, and Rachel Jeanaẽ Wamsley of Webster: and 7 great grandchildren.
