FURR, Mrs. Sue Anne, 56, a resident of Montgomery, AL and a member of Dalraida Methodist Church, died Monday, July 6, 2009. Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 11, 2009 at 11 a.m. from Turner Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ed Deabler officiating. Interment will follow in Darien Cemetery with Turner Funeral Home of Luverne directing. Mrs. Furr was preceded in death by her parents, Betty and Lathan Golden, and a brother, Billy Jeff Fowler. She is survived by one son, B.J. Fowler of Baltimore, MD; her father, Bill (Ginni) Fowler of Montgomery; two sisters, Jean Rogers and Sherri Fowler, both of Montgomery; two brothers, Steve Fowler of Denver, CO, and Scott Fowler of Summerville, SC; two special nephews, Jeff and Ray Rogers of Montgomery; the Munchkins, Anna and Gered Rogers, and Stephanie and Forest Rudd; and a host of other nieces and nephews. Active pallbearers will be Johnny Rogers, Butch Sexton, Robbie Kramer, Ronnie Tidwell, Gary Barnes, and Randal Hamm. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday evening from 6 – 8 p.m.The Greenville Advocate, July 8, 2009
