Death

Catawba – Mr. Kenneth David Lee, Jr., 59, passed away Saturday, December 29, 2018 at Spartanburg Medical Center in Spartanburg, SC. Kenneth was born in Mullins, SC and the son of Nancy Smith Lee Furr of Rock Hill and the late Kenneth David Lee, Sr. He was of the Baptist faith and owner and operator of Ken Lee Custom Paint and Body Shop. Kenneth also loved RC Racing. In addition to his father, Kenneth was preceded in death by his step-father, Jerry Furr and his sister, Cindy Lee. Funeral services for Kenneth will be 2:00 PM, Friday, January 4, 2019 at Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel, 2133 Ebenezer Road with Pastors Ken Parson and Ronnie Aiton officiating. Burial will follow at Grandview Memorial Park – Cherry Road. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 7:30 PM, Thursday, January 3, 2019 at the funeral home and other times at the home, 2147 Greystone Circle, Catawba, SC. In addition to his mother, Kenneth is survived by his wife, Kathy McDaniel of the home; his children, Kacie Lee (Keshia), Kelsey Lee (Ken), Brandy Betancourt (Kevin), Mikey McDaniel (Danielle), all of Rock Hill; his brother, Keith Lee of Everett, WA; his grandchildren, Riley, Raimee, and Bentley; his nephew Caleb Lee; and his niece, Lila Grace Lee.
