To do the best we can and then to choose to be happy about our circumstances, whatever they maybe. She loved sharing with others and never went anywhere that she didn't know someone. She had a wonderful personality, a way with words and was always ready with a joke. . Bessie went to live with her Heavenly Father with family at her bedside on September 14, 2016. During her time here, she enjoyed many years dancing at the Denton Senior Center and loved to sing and fellowship with church family. Some of her hobbies were avid reading, crossword puzzles, playing cards, dominoes, and a good game of bingo. She liked country music and the Dr. Phil show. Bessie also loved home entertaining with friends and family. She was creative and enjoyed decorating her home for the holidays and spending time with all her family gathered. Her other interests included travel. She was a member of the Home Demonstration club. She liked to volunteer at one of the local nursing facilities.
