Death

Memorial Services for Ms. Furr will be 2:00 pm, Sunday, November 29, 2015 at Riverwood Family Funeral Service. Visitation is from 1:00 pm until time of the service at Riverwood. Brenda Fay Griffin Furr, 62, of Brookhaven, died November 25, 2015 at University Medical Center in Jackson, MS. She was born December 23, 1952 to Paul Willie Griffin and Eunice Elaine Griffing. She was the owner of Brenda’s Hair Connection and attended Centerpoint Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Jackie Griffin and sister, Phyllis Hope Griffin Case. Those left to cherish her memory are her sons, Chad Wayne Furr and Bradley Glenn Furr; brother, Paul Willie Griffin, Jr.; sisters, Barbara Dewall, Tammy O’Brien; 7 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving family members and friends.
