BETTIKOFER, Marvin Lewis Age 60, died at 3:40 p.m., August 1, 2012. His wishes were to be cremated. Private family gathering will be held Saturday. Survived by wife, Barbara Bettikofer; 3 daughters, Mrs. Anita (Michael) Furr, Ms. Alice James, Mrs. Sara (Ronald) Shanes; 6 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild.
