WEST COLUMBIA, S.C. - Funeral services for Ann J. Furr, 72, will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 26, 2010, at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, West Columbia Chapel with interment in Southland Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Mrs. Furr was born Aug. 8, 1938, in Chesterfield and passed away on Thursday, Sept. 23, 2010. She was a daughter of Otis Johnson and Pearl Tolar Bullard. She graduated from Winecoff High School and was a bookkeeper. Mrs. Furr had also worked in food services. She was a member of Four Square Church. Mrs. Furr is survived by her husband, Larry Wayne Furr; daughter, Patricia O'Neal; sister, Ethel Helms of Concord; brothers, Wiley Davis and Clarence Davis of North Carolina; grandchildren, Skeeter O'Neal and his wife, Angie, of Lexington, Crystal Bunton of Jefferson and Scott Stallings of Kannapolis, and six great-grandchildren.
