Debra Holcomb Furr, 54, of Picayune died Monday, Nov. 17, 2008, in Nicholson. Services are at 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 21, at 1st Baptist Church of Nicholson. Burial is in Old Palestine Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home. Visitation is 6-9 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 20, at the funeral home.

Funeral services will be held Friday, November 21, 2008, at 2 p.m. in the First Baptist Church of Nicholson for Debra Holcomb Furr, 54, of Picayune, who passed away Monday, November 17, 2008 in Nicholson. Burial will be in the Old Palestine Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home. Bro. Danny Nance will officiate at the service. A native of Poplarville, she was a Housewife and a member of First Baptist Church of Nicholson. She was preceded in death by her mother, Marilyn Holcomb. Survivors include: her father, Douglas L. Holcomb of Nicholson; her husband, Sidney A. Furr of Picayune; her daughters, Tracy (Mike) Nichelson of Picayune, Kriston Kennedy of Picayune, and Candice Furr of Picayune; her grandchildren: Evan Nichelson, Korey Kennedy, Kaitlyn Nichelson, Kirston Kennedy, and Taylor Lindseth; her sisters, Patricia Brownlow of Nicholson, Sandra Bounds of Nicholson, Susan Deboxtel of Nicholson, Mary Strickland of Nicholson, and Lori Holcomb of Nicholson.Visitation was held Thursday, November 20, 2008 from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. at McDonald Funeral Home.
