Death
Donald Lee Renfro, 59, of Lavaca died Friday, March 28, 2008, in his home. He was born June 13, 1948, in Sequoyah County, near Sallisaw, to Ernest Oliver Renfro and Imogene Furr Renfro. He was a self-employed heavy-equipment operator. He is preceded in death by his father, Ernest Renfro. Funeral will be 3 p.m. Tuesday at Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Oak Valley Cemetery, south of Lavaca on Highway 96, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home of Charleston. Officiating the service will be the Rev. Jimmy Cook and Chris Middleton. He is survived by his wife, Megan Renfro of the home; three daughters, Angie Kiene of Greenwood, Dawn Sutphin of Ozark and Tuesday Fletcher of Roland; four sons, Chris Middleton of Fort Smith, Tyler Middleton of Oklahoma City, Bryson Middleton of the home and Tanner B. Renfro of the home; his mother, Imogene Renfro of Sallisaw; three sisters, Mary Stufflebean of Kansas City, Mo., Paula Turnipseed of Fort Smith and Shirley Rogers of Sallisaw; five brothers, Eugene Renfro of Sallisaw, James Renfro of Summerville, S.C., John Renfro of San Antonio, SFC Clarence Renfro, stationed in Kuwait, and George Renfro of Sallisaw; and nine grandchildren.Endnotes
