Margaret Aycock Linton Davis CHERAW -- Mrs. Davis, 69, died Wednesday, October 13, 2004. Funeral service is 3:00 PM Sunday, October 17, at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in Forest Pines Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM Saturday at the funeral home. Mrs. Davis was born in Chesterfield County a daughter of the late Melvin and Nancy Ella Boan Aycock. She was a retired store clerk and child care giver, and was a member of Forest Pines Free Will Baptist Church. Mrs. Davis was first married to the late Rosia Linton and then to the late Tracy Davis, and was also preceded in death by a son, Ricky Linton; two brothers, William and J.B. Aycock; and a sister, Pauline Lucille Brown. Survivors include one son, Andy (Jeanette) Linton of Cheraw, SC; five daughters, Sue (Pete) Hall of Indian Trail, NC, Brenda (Bud) Sims, Gale (Richard) Furr, Cindy (Joe) Stafford and Diane (Buddy) Burr, all of Cheraw, SC; eight grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren. Memorials may be made to Sandhills Ambulance Service, PO Box 938, Cheraw, SC 29520. Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home of Chesterfield is serving the Davis family.
