LEXINGTON — A memorial service for Mr. Martin D. Ingram will beheld Saturday, September 1, 2007, at 1 p.m. at South Carolina Cremation & Burial Society, 1910 Jefferson Davis Highway, Graniteville, SC. Memorial contributions may be directed to the American Cancer Society, 128 Stonemark Lane, Columbia, SC, 29210 -1790. Mr. Ingram, 61, of Lexington, died Wednesday, August 29, 2007, in Lexington Medical Center Extended Care. Born and raised in Marietta, GA, he was the son of the late Weldon and Winnie Tate Ingram. He had live in Jonesboro, GA, before moving to Lexington in 1997. He worked as a mechanical technician for twenty-four years at Universal Epsco in Atlanta and at the S.C. Dept. of Transportation for a year. He was a member of the Trophy Hunting Club in Newnan, GA. He loved the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Edith Kay. He is survived by his wife, Alice Ann Furr Ingram, son, Joe (Melissa) Ingram, Mullins, SC, daughters, Mary E. (Larry) Martin, Stockbridge, GA, Melissa (David) Weed, West Columbia, stepsons, Michael (Jennifer) Falcone of Mississippi, Jessie (Brianne) Falcone of South Carolina, brother, Al (Sandy) Ingram, Marietta, brother-in-law, Jimmy Kay of Georgia, grandchildren, Daniel Martin, Victoria, William, Mary Beth Weed, Kristin, Brandon Ingram, stepgrandchildren, Evan, Elliot, Elijah Falcone, Jaydn Falcone, and his friends at the Trophy Hunting Club.Endnotes
