Death
The wife of Henry Furr near Brantley committed suicide on last Tuesday night by cutting her throat with a razor. It is said she got up about 10 o'clock and secured a razor from a drawer and cut her throat from ear to ear. She died instantly and made no explanation as to why she killed herself. She had been confined in the asylum and had only been home a short time when she committed the deed.
