Another, the youngest, son of Michael Braun of the Stone house, was Jeremiah. He married the widow of Tobias Furr. Mrs. Furr was the mother of two children by her first marriage, Mary Furr, who married John Murphy; and Elizabeth Furr, who married Samuel Lemly, both of Salisbury. By her second marriage with Jeremiah Brown she had three children, Margaret, who married Thomas Dickson, Louisa who married Wm. H. Horah, and the late Col. Jeremiah M. Brown, whose widow and children still live in Salisbury.
