BROADWAY — Mrs. Adelaide S. Furr, 81, of Broadway, died Monday, June 23, 2008, in E. Carlton Powell Hospice Center in Lillington. Mrs. Furr was a seamstress for many years. Services: Funeral, 2 p.m. Saturday in Miller-Boles Funeral Home chapel in Sanford. Burial in Lee Memory Gardens in Sanford. Visitation: 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Survived by: Sons, Richard and Edward; daughter, Elaine Lee; sister, Cathleen Love; brother, Bill Starnes; and four grandchildren.
