Death
Elsie Litaker Furr, wife of Harold Furr, on North Church Street, died at the Concord Hospital last night about 10:30 o'clock after an illness of about a week. On last Friday Mrs. Furr’s stillborn infant was buried, and the mother apparently was improving until a day or two ago when her condition took a turn for the worse. Mrs. Furr, who was a daughter of Mr. Joe Litaker, of No. 4 township, was a little more than 21 years of age, and is survived by her husband and one child.The funeral services will be held at 4 o’clock this afternoon at Mt. Olivet Church, and the interment will be made at Oakwood cemetery.Endnotes
