Death
FURR MADELINE Age 87, died March 24, 2010, at Valley Presbyterian Hospital in Van Nuys, California. Visitation will be from 6:00 until 9:00 p.m., with a Rosary beginning at 7 pm, on Thursday, April 8 at Mission Hills Catholic Mortuary, 11160 Stranwood Ave., Mission Hills. The Mass will be at 10 am Friday, April 9, at St. Elisabeth's Church, 6635 Tobias Ave, Van Nuys, with the graveside memorial service following at San Fernando Mission Cemetery, Mission Hills. There will be a reception after the service at The Odyssey Restaurant, 15600 Odyssey Dr., Granada Hills. Mrs. Furr was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew L. Furr and her daughter, Charisse Berne. She is survived by her daughter, Michele Furr; granddaughter, Jessie Lee Furr; and son-in-law, Daniel Berne.
