Ruby Mae Furr Richardson, 79, passed away on Monday, October 18, 2004 at a local health care center. Born in Concord, NC, Mrs. Richardson was the widow of Gary C. Richardson. She is survived by her son, Bobby R. Piper and his wife Diane M. of Chesapeake and two grandchildren, Kevin L. Piper of VA Beach and Dawn M. Bostic of Chesapeake. A graveside service will be conducted at 11AM on Wednesday, October 20, 2004, in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens. Snellings Funeral Home, George Washington Highway Chapel will be handling arrangements.Page News and Courier, Chesapeake, Virginia, October 23, 2004
