Place of Burial: Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation: The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Monday at Wilkinson Funeral Home. Officiating minister: Rev. Marvin Goodnight. Deceased employed by: Retired from Cannon Mills Plant #10 after 35 Years. Place and date of birth: Cabarrus County June 1, 1925. Parents: Late Robert W. and Lillie Goodman Rabon. Husband: Late Ira A. Furr died in 1994. Daughter: Iria F. Hill and her husband Franky of Concord. Sons: Ira Rabon Furr and wife Gloria of Holyoke MA, and Robert Ira Furr and Wife Gwyn of Concord. Five Grandchildren Cherryl Calkins, Cyndi Hill, Tracie Phelps, Alisha Steele, and Brandon Furr, 4 Step grandchildren and 5 Great-Grandchildren.
