Death
HARRISBURG - Mrs. Louise Barbee Easley, 83, 202 Autumn Lane, Harrisburg, died Saturday, Aug. 7, 2004, at Britthaven of Charlotte.Services will be 4 p.m. Monday, Aug. 9 at Roberta Baptist Church with the Revs. Donald Lisk and Steve Pennington officiating. Burial will be in Roberta Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 3 to 4 p.m. Monday at Robert Baptist Church.
Mrs. Easley was born July 25, 1921, in Cabarrus County. She was a homemaker and had previously been employed at Roberta Cotton Mill. She was a member of Unity Baptist Church and a former member of Roberta Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Crone G. Barbee and Cora Furr Barbee; husband, the Rev. Robert A. Easley; son, Fred Larry Easley; and three brothers.
She is survived by her daughter, Betty Jo E. March and husband, Robert, of Harrisburg; sister, Mr.s Peggy B. Smith of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; brother, Ray Barbee of Kannapolis; two grandchildren, Vickie Faggart and Lori Rappe; and great-grandchild, Jenna Faggart.
Wilkinson Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
