Death
Leonard H. Furr, 4526 Titanic, No. 218, passed away Wednesday in a local hospital. Resident of El Paso 12 years, he was owner and operator of Sierra Vista Court for Mobile Homes, and owner of Southwest Music Co., Graduate of El Paso High School, class of 1925. He was a member of B.P.O. Elks Lodge No.187, and Royal Order of Moose, No. 554. Survived by wife, Mrs. Gloria Henderson Furr of El Paso, son, Dr.Glenn E. Furr, of Dallas, Texas. 2 grandchildren; Pamela and David Furr of Dallas, Texas, Father, William Eugene Furr, of El Paso. He will lie in state in Martin Funeral Home from 1 p.m. Friday until 10 a.m. Saturday. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Restlawn Mausoleum Chapel. Dr. Hobart Bennett officiating.
