KANNAPOLIS — The funeral for Charles Lee Furr, 36, will be held at 4 p.m. Monday at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev Jerry Townsend and the Rev J W Carham officiating. Burial will be in Carolina Memorial Park. The family will be at the funeral home tonight from 7 to 9. A resident of 207 W 22nd St., Furr died unexpectedly Thursday at Cabarrus Memorial Hospital. Born Dec. 29, 1946 in Cabarrus County, he was the son of Sadie Yow Furr of Midland and the late James Luther Furr. He was employed at Cannon Mills, Plant 1. In additon to his mother, survivors are his wife, Revonda Tucker Furr; a daughter, Bridget Leann Furr of the home, a brother, James D. Furr, and a sister, Camulla Tyree, both of Midland.Endnotes
