3rd Monday of Jan 1795 - 1:69 HENRY FURRER, an orphan of Jacob FURRER, dec'd, shall be hired to Henry FURRER, his uncle, until he attains the age of 21 for which Henry FURRER is to pay the said Henry FURRER, the sum of 7 pounds and byside 3 pounds what the law directs for apprentices in that case.

Wednesday Oct 22, 1794 1:65 Ordered that the Estate of Jacob FURRER, dec'd shall be brought to final settlement and Joseph SHINN and Daniel JARRET, Esqs, are appointed to settle same.
1:84 Mathias MICHEL is appointed guardian of Mary FURRER, an orphan child of Jacob FURRER, dec'd, and was bound for sum of 50 pounds.
1:85 Joseph SHINN is appointed guardian of Elizabeth FURRER, an orphan child of Jacob FURRER, dec'd, and ordered to give bond. Frederic MELSHER, security in the sum of 50 pounds.
Jacob MITCHEL is appointed guardian of Rosina FURRER, an orphan child of Jacob FURRER, dec'd, and bound with John NEUSSLER in the sum of 50 pounds.

Will dated March 22, 1836 in Abbeville District, SC was proved on August 1, 1836 and cited publicly at Mt. Zion Meeting House.

S.C. 55 3/4 acres of land on a branch of Cannons Creek bounded at time of survey by lands of Henry Counts and vacant lands, and having descended to the said Counts and Furr in the following manner: The said Jacob Counts having married the widow of John Frederick Lagrone was entitled to one-third part of said land and the said Henry Furr having married the daughter of the above John Frederick LaGrone" was also entitled to another one-third of said land.
