STANFIELD - Mr. Grover Cecil ''Pete'' Furr 63, Industrial Doors employee, died Dec. 23, 1992, at home. Funeral is 2 p.m. Saturday at Hartsell Funeral Home. Visitation is 7 to 9 tonight. Survivors are his wife, Ruth; daughter, Ms. Jane Harwood; brother, Gilbert Furr of Marshville; granddaughter, Ms. Ashley Harwood. Memorials may be made to Love's Chapel United Methodist Church, Love's Chapel Road, Stanfield, N.C. 28163.Obituary published in The Charlotte Observer on Dec. 25, 1992.
