Furr & Sarah his wife, Maza Harwood, Wiley Hatley, Keziah Harwood, Hardy Green & Abigail Green his wife's heirs (to wit) John Barba & Faraba his wife, Caleb Osborn & Mary his wife, Martha Green, Sabra Green, Jacob Green & Elbert Green, all of the county of Stanly except John Barba of the county of Cabarrus & all of the state of N. Carolina of the first part and Ransom Furr of the county of Stanly & state of N. Carolina of the second part Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for & in consideration of the sum of one hundred & fifty dollars to the said part of the first part in hand paid by the said party of the second part......conveyed....certain parcel of land in said county...100 acres of land..to said party of the second part...& the said party of the first part being the heirs of the said Malachi H! arwood dest..... signed.
