Death
Samuel L. Nelson, 85, Russellville, died Tuesday in St. Mary's Hospital at Russellville. He was a native of Dover, had spent his entire life in Pope county and was a retired carpenter and a member of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church.Survivors include a son, J. C. Nelson, and two daughters, Miss Beatrice Nelson, and Miss Mayme Nelson, all of Russellville, and two grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted today in the Shinn and Son Funeral Chapel, Russellville by the Rev. Julian McKinney and the Rev. Glenn Bennett. Burial was in McFadden Cemetery, Dover.
