Death
ALBEMARLE, June 7. -- Funeral services for Mrs. Jack Yow, 30, were held Thursday afternoon at Love's Grove church. Mrs. Yow, a resident of Stanfield, died Wednesday night after a long illness. She is survived by her mother, Mrs. E. J. Furr, her husband, and two sons, J. D., and Houston. The following brothers and sisters also survive: Grover, Ralph, Lonnie and John Lee Furr, all of Stanfield; Mrs. Bess Robbins, Midland; Mrs. John Newell, Lumberton; Mrs. Lizzie Rymer and Mrs. Maggie Goodman, both of Concord.The Charlotte Observer, Charlotte, North Carolina, June, 8 1935
