Death
MIDLAND, Aug. 24 — Mrs. Sarah Elizabeth Furr, 67, died last night at her home Rt. 1, Stanfield. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. tomorrow at the St. Stephen's Westlake Wesley Methodist Church. Burial will be in the Furr Cemetery. Surviving are three daughters, four sons, four brothers, and six sisters.The Charlotte Observer, Charlotte, North Carolina, August 25, 1954
