Will of Pleasant Orsburn in Clark County, AR: I Pleasant M. Orsburn of the county of Clark and the State of Arkansas being of sound and disposing mind and memory, but conscious of the uncertainity of life, and being desirous of disposing of my worldly effects after my death, do make and publish, this my last will and testament hereby explicity revolking any and all other wills by me at any time heretofore made. Item 1st after the payment of all my just debts, I will and bequeath to my beloved Wife Lucinda M. Orsburn all of my Estate both real and personal for and during the term of her natural life. Item 2nd. At the death of my beloved wife Lucinda, I will and bequeath all of my Estate both real and personal to my grand daughter Lucinda R Wife of W. A Nichols. It is further my will and request that they take care of and support my wife Lucinda M. Orsburn during her declining years. As for the rest of my children to wit Peter C., Hendriek H., and Mary Griffin and Susan Gilmer. I consider that I have already made sufficient provision for by gift.
