Graveside services for Bill Crawford of Brookhaven are 11 a.m., Tuesday, Sept. 21, at Rose Hill Cemetery. Brookhaven Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Crawford, 88, died Sept. 19, 1999, of heart failure at King's Daughters Medical Center. He was born on Oct. 24, 1910, to Bell Miller and Martin Luther Crawford. He was a retired game warden. Preceding him in death were his parents. Survivors are his wife, Leslie Fells Crawford and his sister, Edith Crawford Smith of Jackson, formerly of Brookhaven.Endnotes
