Death
Mrs. Rosie Furr Milam, 258 Murray Place, died in Hopkins County Hospital here at 8 a. m. today. She was 65. A resident of Madisonville for the past 33 years, Mrs. Milam was born in Boliver county, Mississippi, May 14, 1891. Her husband, Edd S. Milam, died in 1952. She was a member of an Arkansas church. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Selby Cunningham, 258 Murray Place, and Mrs. R. L. Carter, Colfax, Iowa; three sons Clyde Milam, North Hopewell street; Leonard Barrett Milam, Mortistown, Tenn., and Harry D. Milam, Monroe, Oregon; a sister, Mrs. Maude Wade, Centerville, Tenn.; a brother, Clarence Furr, Hugo, Okla., 20 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p. m. Wednesday at Harris Funeral Home, North Main street, with the Rev W. T. Anderson officiating. Burial will be in Odd Fellows cemetery.
