Death
Funeral services for Mrs. Viola Furr Lilley, 63, who died Saturday in a Houston hospital, will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at Marrs Memorial Chapel with Rev. R. Don Hendricks officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Survivors include her husband, Donald Lilley; a son, Edward Lee Lilley of Houston; five brothers, Frank Furr, Jack Furr and Earl Furr of Smithville, Henry Furr of Bastrop and Leo Furr of LaGrange; three sisters, Mrs. George Reid and Mrs. Randolph Nitschke of Smithville and Mrs. B. Stansbury of Long Beach, Calif.; and one grandchild.The Austin American, Austin, Texas, October 7, 1962
