Funeral services for John M. Holt, 79, who passed away at 6:20 a.m. Jan. 13 at Hornbeck, were held at 2 p.m. Jan. 14 at Pisgah by Rev. Wayne Reid. Interment was under the direction of Warren funeral home. Nephews served the deceased as pallbearers. Surviving relatives include: wife, Mrs. Maudie Holt: children, Mrs. Sim Smith, Mrs. Lum Sterling, Mrs. Lorene Hunt, R. C. Holt, Leonedus Holt, Mrs. Frank Hillman, Mrs. Lenora Taylor, Mrs. Johnnie Addison, L. D. Holt of the U.
