Death
Dolin Mack Williams, 73, passed away Thursday, May 1, 2025. He was born August 19, 1951 in Union County, son of the late Gurthy Williams and Nina Furr Williams. He was preceded in death by his son, Barry Williams; brothers, Cecil Williams and Aubrey Williams and sisters, Beulah Benton and Lorraine Tucker. A funeral service will be held Monday, May 5, 2025 at 1:00 PM in Bible Baptist Tabernacle, 2900 Walkup Avenue, Monroe, NC 28110, followed by burial in the church cemetery. The family will visit with friends and relatives from 11:00 AM - 12:45 PM prior to the service. Mr. Williams is survived by his wife, Trish Benton Williams, his son, Jerry Williams (Tia); daughter, Christy Hawkins (Michael), grandchildren, Brayden Hawkins, Prestin Hawkins and Nadia Williams; brother Rayford Williams and sisters, Joyce Ann Dutton and Judean Williams.
