A woman died at 12:45 a.m. Tuesday when the car she was driving hit a guard rail on Interstate 44, flipped and was hit by another car. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said Belinda Passo, 39, was pronounced dead at the scene with massive internal injuries. The report listed her home as Colorado Springs, Colo., but she may have recently moved to Tulsa. Troopers said they detected an odor of alcohol, and witnesses said Passo was driving erratically. The patrol said she had been driving at an unsafe speed.
