Death
Mrs. Mary Ann Hamm, mother of Mrs. Floyd (Ida) Williams, died at the Williams residence at 12 o'clock midnight, Jan. 5, after a brief illness...age 78 years, 3 months and 10 days. The interment took place Wednesday in the Crowley Cemetery, with Rev. J.S. Campbell. Mrs. Hamm was a native of Mississippi and had 9 children, 7 of whom survive her. Her husband, William Ham (Hamm), died 44 years ago. She had been a church member many years and was a member of the Methodist Church.
