Death
Funeral services for Miss Annie Lucas, 93, of Asheboro, who died Sunday in an Asheboro hospital, will be held Tuesday at 2 P.M. at Suggs Creek Primitive Baptist Church. The body will be placed in the Church at 1:30 P.M. Burial will be in the Church cemetery. Survivors include four sons, Jeese, Ray, Alton, and Eugene Lucas of Asheboro; five daughters, Mrs. B.H. Lyon of Abner, Mrs. Hagle Dunn of Star, and Mrs. Myrtie Staley, Mrs. Carl Hamlet, and Mrs. Leonard Allred of Asheboro; 30 grandchildren, five brothers and one sister.Endnotes
