Bernard E. "Shep" Shepherd, 71, was a member of the Methodist Church in Olney. He served on the official board and was a member of the Harrell Bible Class. He married in 1924 to Minnie Furr at Post, Texas. Survived by his wife; one daughter - Mrs. W.R. Holter of Vernon; one brother - A.L. Shepherd of Seminole; two sisters - Mrs. Blan Ramsey of Tahoka; Mrs. O.T. McCarver of Houston; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.Endnotes
