Death

Spangler, Ruth Muriel Born on March 8, 1910 in New Westminster, British Columbia, Canada. She died November 8, 2001 in Sonoma, CA. She was the beloved daughter of Ernest and Claire Henderson, the sister of Dorothy Henderson (deceased) and Lillian Addor of Talmage, CA. She moved with her parents at around 6 months of age to Florida, where she remained until her early teens. She was a resident of Buffalo, NY for almost 50 years. It was there that she met and married Allen Wilford Spangler in 1935. They moved to Talmage, CA in 1962. She was the beloved mother of triplet daughters, Karen Kaman of Shelton, WA, Carol Furr of Windsor, CA and Sharon Cherrington of Napa, CA. Beloved grandmother of Russell Sheets of Rochester, WA, Allen and David Furr of Windsor, CA, Deanna Hurd of Nevada and Bryan Cherrington of Napa, CA and great grandmother to Stephen and Timothy Sheets and Jason and Kathryne Hurd. She is survived by sons-in-law, James Cherrington, Lawrence Furr and Paul Kaman and niece Janet Jordan and nephews, Felix, Tommy, Ben and Eugene Addor. She was dearly loved and will be missed by all. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 13, 2001 at 11:00 a.m. at the Ukiah Cemetery Chapel. Contributions can be made in her memory to the Alzheimer’s Foundation. The Eversole Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
