Death
Brian Clinton Gary, 76, of Radcliff, KY, died Saturday, February 27, 2021 at home. U.S. Army Retired SSG Gary served two tours in Vietnam and is a retired ordained minister with Cumberland Presbyterian Church. He was preceded in death by a grandson, Benjamin Watson; his mother, Viola Kathleen Earhart Wood; father, Ryland Clinton Gary; two sisters, Barbara Ann Gary and Kristine Gary Bowers; one brother, Wayne Gary; father-in-law, Lee Roy Furr; mother-in-law, Virginia Furr; three brothers-in-law, Roy Furr, John Garrison and Arnold Taylor; and a sister-in-law, Barbara Marks. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Cathy Furr Gary of Radcliff, KY; seven children, Michael (Nicky) Gary, Christopher White, Michael (Heather) Watson, Christian (Sheri) Watson, Amanda (Kevin) Wheeler, Shawnna Gary and Sofya Alterman (Victor Guzenterman); sixteen grandchildren, Ashton Hensley, Reese Wheeler, Quinn Denison, Micah Gary-Stepp, Amelia Wheeler, Saul Guzenterman, Liam Wheeler, Emma Guzenterman, Tobias Gary, Michael Watson, Jr., Samual Watson, Zachery Watson, Gracie Watson, Emily Watson, Rachel Watson and Brandy Fahlquist; a brother, David Gary; two sisters, Sharon Garrison, and Judith Smith; a sister-in-law, Karen Furr Taylor; a brother-in law, Mickey (Vickie) Furr; and his caregiver, Tanisha Hammond. A graveside service will be at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central in Radcliff with military honors.
