Rita Gail Vaughn Pinedo of Morganton, passed away Thursday, February 16, 2023 at Grace Heights Health and Rehabilitation. Born June 4, 1948 in Los Angeles, CA she was the daughter of the late Douglas Vaughn and Thelma Shouse. She is survived by her sons, Brian Bell and wife Terrilyn of Texas, Randel Bell and wife Katy of TN; and daughter Lisa Furr of NC; four grandchildren; and her brother Phillip Vaughn of Nevada.
