Death

Tony Arnold Cook CORNELIUS - Tony Cook, 57, of Cornelius, NC passed away March 13, 2016. Tony was born January 2, 1959 in Charlotte, to Bobby F. Cook and the late Barbara Jean Furr Cook. He enjoyed his work as a maintenance superintendent at the Charles R. Jonas Federal Building and was an avid fisherman, especially on the coast. He was involved in racing his whole life, and enjoyed dirt track racing. He is assured of his salvation, and is now with his Heavenly Father. Along with his mother, Tony was preceded in death by his brother, Allen Moody. Tony is survived by his loving family; father, Bobby; brothers, Scott Cook (Carla), Dean Cook; sister, Paula Mangum (Carl) and many nieces and nephews whom he loved very much. A visitation will be held on Friday, March 18, 2016 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home, Huntersville. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at 11:00 am in the chapel of the funeral home. Interment will follow at Gethsemane Cemetery, 1504 W. Sugar Creek Road, Charlotte.
