Death
Mr. Ralph Cameron Ewing, age 80 of Marietta, died Thursday, April 6, 2006. He was born in Fulton County, the son of the late Jones Henderson and Lucia Conn Ewing. He retired from Life of Georgia in the records production dept. He graduated from Boys High School in Atlanta, and Georgia Tech. He was a member of New Canaan Baptist Church in Dallas. He was a Air Force veteran of World War II where he flew 36 missions as a tail gunner. He is survived by his wife, Jackie Ewing of Marietta; his sons and daughters-in-law, Jack and Sandra Furr of Austell, and Chuck and Pat Ewing of Jonesboro; his brothers, John Ewing of Decatur, and Bill Ewing of Marietta; Seven grandchildren, and Thirteen great grandchildren. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, April 8 at 2:00 p.m. in the Powder Springs Cemetery with Pastor James Cook officiating.
