Death
HOSFORD - Lester G. "Les" Flanagan III, 43, an employee of the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, died Monday, April 23, 2007. He is survived by his wife, Sabina Flanagan. The graveside service will be at 11 a.m. EDT Wednesday at Goodhope Cemetery in Telogia. Family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. EDT today at Independent Funeral Home in Quincy (850-875-1529). Memorial contributions may be made to Big Bend Hospice, 1723 Mahan Center Blvd., Tallahassee, FL 32308. Les had a great love for NASCAR racing, fishing and the beach. He was also a member of the Sleep Rock Crew. Other survivors include two sons, Heath and Zachary Flanagan; his parents, Lester and Marcelle Flanagan; a brother, Trevor Flanagan; and his grandmother, Ethell Furr.
