CONCORD — Two persons were killed last night when an automobile slammed into the rear of a bus. The dead were identified as Florence L. Furr, 35, and Benny Lane Furr, both of Concord, The wreck occurred on N. C. 73 three miles west of Mount Pleasant.The Charlotte News, Charlotte, North Carolina, December 15, 1966
CONCORD — Florence L. Furr, 35, died Thursday. Funeral 3 p.m. today at Oak Dale Park Church of the Nazarene. Survivors: parents, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Clark; brothers, Edward Clark, Ravon Clark, Kenneth Clark, all of Concord; sisters, Miss Cora M. Clark, Miss Peggy Clark, Miss Linda M. Clark, Mrs. Sandra Crocker, all of Concord.
