Gary Michael Achee, "Cowboy", 63, Died Friday July 10. Native of Baker, resident of Central. Retired from EBRP Sheriffs office, with 27 years of service. Graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a BS in Animal Science. Member of Fraternal Order of Police and PRCA. Avid LSU and Rodeo fan. Survived by his wife of 20 years Lelia Cedotal Achee, Daughters Christy Lynn Johnson and Natasha Johnson O'Brien, a special son Kevin Snyder ( Jodi ), Grandchildren Brandon, Lucas, Kirsten, Megan, Jax, Michael, and Matthew. Mother, Edith Nell Furr Achee, Sisters Linda Callender and Laura Metcalfe,(Gary), Brother Drew Achee ( Gerry ). Special Cousin Winston Achee. Mother-in-law, Lucille Roddy Cedotal, Brothers-in-law Ted J. Cedotal Jr, ( Melody) and Tim Cedotal. Sisters in law, Wanda White, ( Barry ), Sandra DeMars, ( Floyd), Nina Knowles, (Glen ) and Cheryl Cedotal. Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by Grandparents, Albert Troy and Jessie Mae Crews Furr, and Robert Joseph and Fedora Dugas Achee. Father Charles Anthony Achee, Father in law Theodore J. Cedotal, Sr. and Brothers in law Dean Burgess, and Carey J. Cedotal Sr. Visitation will be Monday July 13 from 5-9 PM at Zoar Baptist Church 11848 Hooper Rd, and Tuesday from 9-11 AM, with a funeral service at 11. Dr. Kevin Hand Officiating, Interment to follow in Greenoaks Memorial Park. Pallbearers: Kevin Snyder, Tim Cedotal, Floyd DeMars, Sean Cruz, Winston Achee, and Elmo Sanchez. Honorary Pallbearers Bob Stevenson, Ted Rocket, Sam Oliver, and Gary Metcalfe.
