Phyllis Marie Furr age 61 of Bethpage passed away Monday May 16, 2011. Funeral Service will be Thursday May 19th at 9:00 a.m. from the chapel of Family Heritage Funeral Home with Pastor Tim Abshire officiating. Interment will be in Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be Wednesday May 18th from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Phyllis was born November 5, 1949 in Smith County, TN daughter of the late Hamilton H. and Ruby Deckard Kinslow. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by sons Christopher Osborne and Bryant Osborne. She is survived by husband Jeffrey Furr of Bethpage, brothers Richard Kinslow of Lebanon and Sam Kinslow (Eve) of McMinnville.
