ALBEMARLE — Scottie Elwood Furr, five-month old son of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Furr of 1616 Lefler Street, died last night in Cabarrus Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Sunday at Bear Creek Primitive Baptist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The body will betaken to the home late today and will be taken to the church 30 minutes prior to final rites. In addition to his parents, survivors include one sister, Wanda Renay King of the home, the paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. T D. Freeman of Kannapolis.Endnotes
