Death
Mrs. D. M. Furr died Thursday at her home on North Church street. Mrs. Furr’s death followed a brief illness and her death was due to pneumonia. Before her marriage Mrs. Furr was Miss Florence Elizabeth Ritchie, daughter of Mr. Jacob Ritchie, of Stanly county. She was 42 years of age and is survived by her husband, Mr. D. M. Furr, a member of the Concord bar, and several children. The funeral was held Friday and the interment was made at Oakwood cemetery.The Concord Daily Tribune, Concord, North Carolina, December 28, 1914
